Looking for any info on the Nash family that lived in Eaton Bray. Great grand parents were Ephram @ Sarah Nash from Leighton Buzzard, children Fred,Nellie,Alfred and harry. Great great grand father is buried somewhere in Eaton bray. would be nice to have dates of his life and death. picture of grave stone would be really cool. Thanks- Chris grandson of alfred.

Christopher

Need a bit more info.
Can't find any of the children you mention on census with parents Ephram and Sarah.
Can't find Ephram with a Sarah.
Do you have a birth year for Alfred and the name of your Gt Gt Grandfather.

Sorry my mistake! no Ephram! he was a larthwell not a Nash! (Born out of wedlock)

My Grand Father was Alfred Harold Nash of Leighton Buzzard 1908-1992. His parents were Fred Nash 1871-? & Emily lathwell Nash 1879-1920. Freds parents were George Nash 1830-190? & Harriet Collier 1834-190? George's father was also George Nash born somewhere around 1810-18?? From what i've been told there are a couple of Nash's buried in the Eaton bray area. Please note dates are not exact!

HI CHRIS, IF YOU WANT TO CONTACT ME IM ON FACE BOOK, DEBORAH TINA. ID LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU. I LOVED COMING OVER TO EATON BRAY, IT WAS MY WAY OF ESCAPING FROM HOME. I WAS SO HAPPY BEING THERE, BUT THATS WHY ALOT OF TIMES MY MUM DIDNT LET ME COME OVER, AS SHE DIDNT WANT TO SEE ME HAPPY. WE HAD GOOD TIMES, THE TREE HOUSE, TARZAN SWING, GOD SO MANY THINGS. IT BROKE MY HEART WHEN YOU ALL MOVED TO CANADA, I MISSED YOU ALL SO MUCH I USED TO CRY MYSELF TO SLEEP. MANY YEARS HAVE GONE BY BUT I STILL HOLD A SPECIAL PLACE FOR YOU ALL IN MY HEART AND ALWAYS WILL. SORRY TO HERE ABOUT YOUR DAD PASSING AWAY. LIFE CAN BE HARD AT TIMES, MY MUM, DAD AND BROTHER HAVE GONE TO THE OTHER SIDE ASWELL. SO SAD. HOPE TO HERE FROM YOU. LUV TO YOU ALL. XX EMAIL ME AT [email protected]

MY NAN AMY NASH, WHO WAS MARRIED TO ALFIE, OUT LIVED ME GRANDAD, SHE REACH 100 YRS OLD, 14TH DEC 2011, BUT SADLY DIED JANUARY 2012. NOONE LET ME KNOW, WHICH I FIND VERY SAD AND HURT, AS I WAS VERY CLOSE TO MY GRAND PARENTS. MY NAN AMY NASH WAS CREMATED, MILTON KEYNES, MY UNCLE TERRY NASH, WAS NEXT OF KIN, AND THE HOME WHERE MY NAN WAS, HE TOLD THEM NOT TO ALLOW ME TO SEE MY NAN. IT BROKE MY HEART, I JUST NEEDED TO SHARE THIS WITH SOMEONE AS I AM NOT A BAD PERSON AND I LOVED ME NAN AND GRANDAD AS MUCH AS MY OWN PARENTS AND I DID ALOT FOR THEM, OUT OF THE KINDEST OF MY HEART. GOD BLESS MY GRANDPARENTS, AND ALL MY OTHER RELATIONS. MAY YOU ALL REST IN PEACE.XX

I would like to give a big "Thank you" to the Eaton Bray Website and its genealogy forum. Without you I would have never found my cousin Debbie. Now after 25 years we are now reunited and sharing memories of our childhood, pictures and family stories! Thanks so much!
