Hi, I'm Basil's daughter. I'm afraid my father sadly passed away in July 2009 at the ripe old age of 87. He lived in Eaton Bray all his life. He had 2 children - myself and my brother and 3 grandchildren. Please contact me if you would like some more info. Can I ask where you knew my dad from? was it based here or in West Africa?

Ruffett - Jane Patterson
Hi Jane, I am doing a bit of research into my Mother's family (Ruffett) from the Little Gaddesden area, she was the daughter of Edmund Charles Henry and Lilian Ruffett (buried at the Little Gaddesden Church. Would that be a relation do you know?
