Speed checks on School Lane

The council were to perform speed checks on School Lane some time ago.Has anything happened yet?

Further to numerous requests from Eaton Bray Parish Council to Central Bedfordshire Council, Highways Division, regarding these issues along School Lane; the council have now received confirmation from Central Bedfordshire Council that they will be carrying out a speed/road assessment of School Lane in the near future.

The speeding cars are much worse. I am concerned for the children going to the park during the long Summer break.

Hope it doesn't take an injury or worse before something is done.

Agreed and this is particularly bad on Friday and Saturday evenings.
