  • Planning Application CB/15/022260: The Parish Council (PC) responded to the EIA application. A copy of the PCs reply can be viewed [here] on the Eaton Bray website/facebook pages. The PC asked Cllr. Janes to clarify the legal position with regarding to an EIA survey in relation to land size/development size, and whether PC have the right to insist a development of a certain size have an EIA carried out.
  • Parish Lighting: Cllr. Janes confirmed that all the parish lighting is due to renewal, he is just waiting for a start date. The PC are also speaking direct to CBC direct regarding all the issues experienced in the parish regarding the lighting.

Speedwatch

Speedwatch are to be carrying out more sessions in the near future. The team would like more volunteers to help with the speed checks. If you would like to get involved, please contact Cllr. Mark Tomkins, email [email protected] expressing your interest.

Neighbourhood Plan

The application for designation has gone out to consultation with CBC.

Eaton Bray Parish Events

Ideas put forward to the PC (1) local fair (2) Farmer’s Market. To be looked into further.

Football Mini-Pitch School Lane

The PC considered the responses received and it was proposed that they will not authorise EB Lions having two mini-pitches on School Lane recreation ground. The PC have agreed to the use of The Rye and Holmans Field.
